LAUNCH REGENERATIVE
WHAT WE TREAT

Nerve and tendon — pain that burns, tingles, or won’t settle.

Entrapment, neuritis, and chronic tendinosis — located precisely, then treated at the source.

What we treat

Diagnosis first

Nerve and tendon pain is easy to mislabel. High-resolution ultrasound can show a nerve compressed by surrounding tissue, or a tendon that has degenerated rather than simply ‘inflamed’ — which changes the treatment entirely.

Regenerative + image-guided options

Depending on the diagnosis, options may include ultrasound-guided nerve hydrodissection or tendon-directed regenerative treatment — applied judiciously, after the cause is clear.

Where nerve recovery is the goal, treatment may include the MiS — the world’s first high-potency class-four laser — to encourage neural regeneration in selected cases. Dr. Paul is the second physician in the country with the system, a state-of-the-art system delivering 1,000W peak power.

When to refer

Some nerve problems can be surgical, or need neurological care. We coordinate the referral to the most trusted narrow network of the very best surgeons, built from 20+ years of experience.

Common questions

Why is nerve and tendon pain easy to mislabel?

High-resolution ultrasound can show a nerve compressed by surrounding tissue, or a tendon that has degenerated rather than simply ‘inflamed’ — a distinction that changes the treatment entirely.

What conditions fall under nerve and tendon care here?

Peripheral nerve entrapment and irritation, neuritis and nerve-related burning or tingling, chronic tendinosis that hasn’t settled with rest, thoracic outlet syndrome, and scar- or adhesion-related nerve pain.

What treatment options are considered for nerve and tendon problems?

Depending on the diagnosis, options may include ultrasound-guided nerve hydrodissection or tendon-directed regenerative treatment — applied judiciously, after the cause is clear.

Does every nerve problem get treated here?

No. Some nerve problems can be surgical, or need neurological care. We coordinate the referral to the most trusted narrow network of the very best surgeons, built from 20+ years of experience.

Care here is led by Dr. Rowan V. Paul, MD — Assistant Professor at Dartmouth’s Geisel School of Medicine and Fellowship Site Director of the Stanford Healthcare Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship, with more than fifteen years practicing image-guided regenerative orthopedics.
